A guy has (apparently) nearly finished completing the Artificial Red rombase, where he's done the leg work by adding cries, Megas, moves, formes, etc. Under resources you'll be able to find heaps of stuff, too. There's a thread in sideshow showcase called Nameless Firered Project in which a guy has nearly finished putting all kinds of goodies - including 721 Pokemon in there. I wouldn't listen to the other guy telling you it's not possible to put 721 Pokemon in Firered or Emerald.
